Terrace Ridge is in a perfect location - set amidst the beautiful Florida countryside, away from main roads, yet just minutes to the I-4 interstate and US-192 highway giving you easy access to all the theme parks, attractions, shopping and plenty of restaurants to choose from.
Just a few minutes away you have a Publix supermarket, CVS pharmacy and a selection of shops and eateries. Championsgate is only 5 minutes away and has a host of shops and restaurants.
Golfers are spoilt for choice with the abundance of golf courses that are in this region; our nearest golf course being ChampionsGate Golf Club with its renowned David Leadbetter Golf Academy and its Greg Norman design golf course. For those wanting a bit of fun there are plenty of places along the US-192 for a game of crazy golf.

Terrace Ridge is a gated community ideally located close to the major roads yet situated away from the busy roads making it safer and providing peace and quiet for a relaxing vacation.

Clubhouse - where you can sit and relax in the comfortable seating areas or watch TV on the large 42” plasma television. Small kitchen area and separate washroom.
Large heated swimming pool and separate spa/Jacuzzi. There are plenty of sun beds so you can lie back and soak up the Florida sunshine. We also have a sand volleyball court adjacent to the swimming pool.
Games Room with pool table, foosball, and electronic games machines. And if after a day at the parks you have any energy left there is the fully equipped Fitness Room.
